Great deals, quick shipping!

Found a great discount code that saved me a bunch on Megan Racing Coilovers, though their site sometimes feels a little cluttered.

Reliable as always

I've bought from Urban Import a few times now, usually for smaller parts. This time I got some Stainless Steel Brake Lines. Just like before, the ordering process was easy and the parts arrived quickly. They always send authentic products. This order actually arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a pleasant surprise. It's why I keep coming back; I know I can count on them for good parts and fast delivery.

Great value on Fortune Auto

This was my first time buying from Urban Import. I was looking for Fortune Auto Coilovers and they had a great deal going on. I signed up for the newsletter and got an extra discount which was nice. The coilovers arrived on time and were exactly as described. I feel like I got a really good price for a quality product. Definitely worth it.

Good price, fast shipping

I ordered a set of Whiteline Bushings. The price was competitive, and they shipped quickly. Got them installed and the car feels much better. No issues with the order.

Mostly good experience

I bought a Performance Exhaust System during their seasonal clearance. The price was excellent, much better than other sites I checked. Shipping was free and the exhaust arrived well-packaged. Installation went smoothly, no missing parts. My only minor gripe was that the tracking updated a bit slowly at first, so I wasn't entirely sure when it would get here. But it still arrived within the estimated window. Overall, a positive purchase and I'd consider them again for bigger items.

Hey, thinking about grabbing some Fortune Auto coilovers for my BRZ. Are these guys legit? Like, real Fortune Auto stuff, not some knock-offs?

B Beth Silva 2 months ago

Yeah, totally legit. I got my BC Racing set from them last year, came in original packaging and everything. They're an authorized dealer, so no worries there.

Can confirm, my buddy ordered Tein coilovers and they were the real deal. Urban Import is pretty solid for authentic parts.

Quick question on returns. If I order a set of lowering springs and decide they're not for me (haven't opened them), how much of a hassle is it to send them back?

W Wendy Hughes 3 months ago

Returns were pretty straightforward for me. Had to send back a strut bar that didn't fit, just followed the instructions on their site and got my refund without issues. Just make sure it's in new condition.

I returned some lug nuts a few months back. They ask you to get an RMA number first. As long as the box isn't busted open and it's within the return window, you should be fine.

Just wondering if they ever do any good sales on BC Racing coilovers? Or should I just jump on this current price?

T Tara N. 2 months ago

They definitely do! I snagged my set during their Black Friday sale last year, got a pretty sweet discount. Keep an eye out for holiday sales, especially Cyber Monday or even around tax season.

Yeah, they usually have like $50 off full coilover sets during major sales. Sometimes 10% off site-wide too. If you're not in a huge rush, might be worth waiting for one of those.

Anyone know how long shipping usually takes for coilovers? I'm in Dallas and trying to get an idea if they'll be here before a track day next month.

P Priya 2 months ago

From my experience, it can vary. My Air Lift kit took about a week to get to me in Houston, but coilovers might be a bit longer if they're a special order. I'd factor in 7-10 business days just to be safe.

Got some Whiteline sway bars shipped to California pretty quick, like 3-4 days. For bigger stuff like coilovers, I'd probably just reach out to their customer service for an estimate to Dallas specifically.

Can you use more than one coupon code at checkout? Got a military discount and also signed up for the newsletter, wondering if I can double up.

G Greg Beaumont 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure you can't stack them. I tried with a seasonal code and a referral one and it only let me use one. Most sites are like that these days.

I think their policy is usually one code at a time, especially if it's a clearance item or specific brand. Worth a shot trying, but don't get your hopes up.
